I'm Feelin the Burrrrrrrnn

Today we burned up the park at 3.5 miles per hour, that is the fastest we've ever walked.

And I felt it too, man.  My legs were jelly by the time we were done.  I was sweating and really felt it.  I think that's a good thing, although at the time I thought I wasn't going to make it.

Good news is I weighed in today on my home scale and even though I remained the same pound wise, the fat percentage dropped by a total of 2% since the first time I weighed in on it.

I checked in on my BMI numbers today.  I started at a whopping 56.5 and have shaved it down to 46.6.  I have 16.6 to go before I leave obesity behind for mere "overweight".

Baby steps.

***UPDATED - For the record, if you ever read you have to take a medicine with food, it's a good idea to do it.  I spent my entire evening sick as a DOG for forgetting that simple thing.  It wasn't pretty.  It also played hell with my goals.  Looking on to tomorrow...

Calories: 1839 / 16%
Sodium: 1727mg
Calcium: 1432mg
Water: 72oz
Exercise: walk 2 miles, ride 15 mins, ab roller

RED means I did not meet goal

Rejoice with me!!!!!!!!!!  In the past 7 days I have dropped no less than ***** I swear this is the God's honest truth:  let's see 212-204=? 8 lbs!!!!!  I have met the mini goal of 204 and earned a special planned reward for it and I have only 5 more to go to ditch the over 200 club forever God willing!  In the past on different plans I could go a month with a pound grudgingly coming off; not now.  I wonder how long this will keep up with what I call the weight fly-dropping off?  It is like my body got a full sense of what it can now do.  You know how you gain weight in a heart beat when you eat without restriction?  I always, always figured, why can't it also come off at the same lightning speed?  Ever gain 7-10 pounds "over the holidays?"  Why not drop 7-10 pounds in 7-8 days?  Well I DID.  Why is the body a one-way street with regards to weight gain I always wondered?????  Not ANY MORE!   I feel better than ever my energy is excellent, no stimulants, no drugs.  All natural.  I am 31% of the way to goal.

I found out my new boyfriend likes slender and does not understand why he is so attracted to me.  I showed him a picture of myself before I got injured/depressed and gained 50 pounds (he does not know how many I have gained nor what I weigh).  Luckily he is a big guy 6'.  He is so confused.  I told him I lost 7 1/2 pounds and he (obviously does not have a clue what kind of a loss that represents --coming not in the first week of trying to lose too).  Ignorance is bliss.  One good thing is knowing him only makes me want to drop all the more.  My goal weight is 149.  I am 5' 8 1/2.  (I prefer the 140's to the 150's--for one pound it is a bargain.)  LOL.  Everybody please pray for me with respect to him.  I believe/hope God sent him to me.

Ginger you are burning it up girl!  You're going to make it. &nb
