A Day Late, but Mission Accomplished

I was pretty much useless yesterday.  I've been taking Nyquil for my cold and haven't been sleeping well.  Yesterday was yet another futile attempt.

But when I got up yesterday (last night) I managed to get some work done overnight and then I waited till 8am so that I could make an appointment.

And I did.  My appointment is Sept. 19th.

This particular place doesn't prescribe medication, they said I'd have to go to my regular doctor for that.

That'll be step number two.

So... I'm getting there.

I'm getting there.

I'm on track with eating, but still haven't managed the gym yet.

Baby steps.

Baby steps.

Dear Gin,
 {{{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}
I am hoping you can work things out.  My son can con any therapist ... and so, we never resolve any problems.  Here's hoping you can stick it out to work through it.  I love you and hope for the best.   God bless you in your journey.
Depressed mom in Tyler tonight ... pray for me too.  Today was bad.  :*(

Ginger-  Well I have been pretty much MIA when it comes to making comments on people's journals lately, but I have been reading.  And all I want to say to you is...   ((((((((((GINGER))))))))))  I know you're going through alot of emotional stuff, and I want you to know that you're in my thoughts and prayers.  You WILL get past this and come out of it stronger and healthier emotionally, even though right now it's a struggle.  I know, because I've been there myself.  It isn't easy dealing with pain from the past, but from one who has done it, let me tell you that it IS worth it!  Don't give up!  Big Hugs... Nancy :-)
