Update

There will be no boot camp for me today.

102.5 fever
earache
very sore throat
dizzy
aches
sweats
chills

It's official.  I'm sick.  As. a. Dog.

Apparently it's going around here where I live, some schools have had such bad attendance they are going to close them down for a three day weekend.

So I'm going to go to bed and get well.

Sargeant Winfrey will just have to understand.

Sorry you're sick again! Hope you get better very soon.  That flu stuff is going around my part of Texas too.  Had to take my brother in law to the hospital (again) yesterday due to fluid buildup on his lungs after the bypass surgery.  He spent 6 hours in the emergency room and there was no place to sit, the ER was full of flu patients.  There is a liquid called "Prevention" by Nature's Sunshine.  It's a miracle in a bottle for colds and flu.  It's better if you use it before you get really sick but it will still work at any point and quickly.  Rest up girl boot camp awaits!

Lots of sickness going around here too...strep, flu, mono, you name it.  Rest, take it easy and don't worry...Oprah's not going anywhere!  Feel better soon!

Hi, Ginger. I hope you get feeling better soon. My family was down with the flu recently and I was lucky enough to avoid it. Once you get over it, good luck with the Boot Camp. I have been following it for 3 1/2 weeks now and it has been great for me! Do get the book first if you have the chance. While you are sick you can read over it and get psyched to go! Bob Greene and Oprah are great motivators!

Hi Ginger!  I hope that you are feeling better!  I just finished watching Oprah today.  I had to record it due to time constraints.  After reading your journal I have become even more inspired.  I have about 130 pounds to lose.  I have lost 30 pound before with WW.  I have made a contract to exercise 3 times a week, drink 64 oz. of water per day, and not eat after 7:30.   I am going to start with little steps at a time. Thank you for the inspiration!
