I have been going through a lot of things, it is always good to see you fighting to stay in the game. Win your game girl. I'm back on my weight loss journey...again. I'm close to the end, but I reached a point of "no motivation." So, I decided to start looking for others in my shoes.

I'm not familiar with the plan you were using, but what has worked for me is Weight Watchers. I think I've tried just about everything from Atkins to Cabbage Soup. Ick? I burned the last batch of that nasty crap when I turned on the burner and went outside to chat with a neighbor. Nothing like a burned cabbage smell to bring that diet to a screeching halt!

I think fear motivated me this time, too. I started having some of the same symptoms my dad had when his Type II diabetes developed. He talked to me about my increased risk factor...and I decided I didn't want that. So, if diabetes is coming for me...I'm not going to go willingly! Soooo, starting tomorrow...I'm back on WW, and more importantly...BACK AT THE GYM!

Take care and good luck! I'd like to check back now and then if that's ok!
Take care,
KristenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
